My School List (“the Service”) is an AI-powered college planning platform operated by Corvessa Partners LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at getmyschoollist.com. The Service provides personalized college recommendations, admission odds estimates, scholarship search, application tracking, financial aid comparison, essay prompt research, and an AI college counselor — all powered by artificial intelligence and College Scorecard data.
Account Creation
To save results and access platform features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One-Time Tool Purchases
The college list analysis tool is available for one-time purchase without a subscription: Starter ($19, 3 analyses), Standard ($39, 10 analyses), Premium ($79, 25 analyses). Each analysis is consumed when you submit documents for processing. Unused analyses do not expire. One-time purchases are non-transferable. One-time purchases provide access to the college list analysis tool only and do not include Pro platform features.
Subscription Plans
Access to the full platform and all Pro features requires a paid subscription: Monthly Plan ($24.99 per month) or Annual Plan ($249 per year). All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Subscriptions include unlimited analyses plus all Pro features (scholarships, application tracker, financial aid explorer, AI college counselor, essay prompts, and shared links).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within 7 days of a charge to info@getmyschoollist.com. Refund requests for unused one-time purchases must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. No refunds are available for one-time purchases after an analysis has been used.

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude) and college data from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard, to generate recommendations and analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
The Service is for informational purposes only and is intended to supplement — not replace — professional college counseling. Corvessa Partners LLC is not a licensed college counselor, admissions consultant, or educational advisor. No information provided by the Service constitutes professional advice, and no counselor-student or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. Actual admission decisions are made solely by colleges and universities based on their own criteria.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Service. The Service is designed for use by parents, guardians, and students (with parental consent) navigating the college admissions process. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms or that a parent or guardian has consented on your behalf.
Documents you upload (such as transcripts) are processed in real-time for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. Uploaded documents are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not retain copies of your PDFs after processing is complete. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit.
When you create a shared link, a read-only view of your dashboard data (college list, applications, scholarships) is accessible to anyone with the link URL. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients. Shared links can be revoked at any time from your profile page. Shared links expire after the duration you set or when manually revoked.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the analysis algorithms, sharing account credentials with third parties, uploading fraudulent or falsified documents, abusing the free trial (such as creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials), or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvessa Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our pricing, features, and the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
